The working process of the CNC shearing machine is as follows: after pressing the run button, assuming that the difference between the actual position and the target position exceeds 2mm, the deceleration distance can be set by the parameter, and the terminal outputs a potential signal; If the difference between the actual position and the target position is less than the deceleration distance, the terminal outputs a pulse signal (slow signal), and the operation indicator lights on the panel use fast and slow flashing respectively to indicate the fast or slow operation status. When the actual position is equal to the set position, the operation indicator light will remain on, indicating that it will stop in place. However, there is also a parameter that determines the stopping time. This parameter can set the time for the actual position and the set position to overlap (stay), so as to more accurately locate at the set position. For example, if the speed is slow and fast, the overlap time between the two is also short, which may cause overshoot. If a longer dwell time is set, the positioning will not end at this time, and the slow speed should be used repeatedly to locate to a more accurate position. However, the dwell judgment time should not be too long, otherwise it will affect the positioning speed, which will be determined based on the friction force of the machine, motor speed, and other on-site experience.
