◆This device is an upgraded product of traditional equipment. Compared with traditional equipment, its main characteristics are heavy load, high speed, and high efficiency.
◆This equipment adopts a frame structure design, connected with high-strength bolts, with good overall rigidity and small deformation.
◆The crossbeam of this equipment is fixed, and the workpiece is fed into the workbench by the feeding mechanism and can be replaced. Ensure that the flatness of the workbench is within 0.05mm. This equipment adopts a carbon tool steel workbench, and the hardness after quenching reaches HRC55 or above. So the workbench has minimal wear and can be replaced, which extends the service life of the equipment.
◆This equipment has a 4KW high-power high-speed servo motor, and the tool holder is equipped with 4 cutting tools at the same time. The maximum cutting depth is 1mm, which is three times the efficiency of traditional equipment.
◆The machined parts are fixed using a hydraulic clamping system, with fast slotting speed and ensuring strong clamping. The hydraulic system is equipped with accumulator compensation and relief valve, and the motor operates in a clearance mode, saving energy and ensuring the safety of the hydraulic system.
